Couple Counselling
Couple counselling is about two people who have a relationship and wish to make some changes. This form of counselling is available for any two people regardless of the kind of relationship - it could be father and son or sisters or a married couple or same-sex partners, etc.

They can meet regularly with a therapist who listens qualitatively and equally to both parties. My job, as the therapist, is to provide a space where each can hear the other and to offer balance.

My training in couple counselling looks at the needs of both parties without judgement, with respect and balance. We explore comfortable and uncomfortable repeated patterns and systems within the relationship and hope to reach better understanding.

Couples can expect a focused and practical approach to their difficulties whether it be with communication, physical difficulties, intimacy, life transitions or break-down.

Couple or relationship counselling takes place in my consulting room in Pinner in Harrow, Middlesex - a quiet location a few minutes walk from Pinner Station, on the Metropolitan Line, with off-street parking.
