SUPERVISION DEVELOPMENT GROUP

This monthly closed group of no more than four participants, is specifically for supervisors wishing to explore and share supervisory issues and develop their skills in an informal and supportive atmosphere. 

This closed group is limited to four participants. It focuses on supervision of case work and development of supervisory practice. The remit of the group is wide enough to allow exploration of a broad range of issues including supervisory responsibilities, ethical dilemmas, organisational matters, practice and process issues arising out of supervising qualified and trainee counsellors, individually and in groups, and in varied settings. This is an opportunity for practitioners to share and support each other in a self-directed experiential environment. Micky will be offering a variety of humanistic supervisory models, including creative approaches. This group is suitable for all levels of supervisory experience. CPD certificates can be provided on request.
